In response, Makism 3D Corp. wishes to state that the company's officers, directors, insiders, and investor relations firm strenuously disavow association with any alleged 3rd party campaign aimed at effecting share trading activity of the Company's common stock. The campaign was brought to our attention after the exchange issued a "caveat emptor" advisory regarding the Company's stock. OTC Markets Group identifies securities with a caveat emptor symbol to inform investors that there may be reason to exercise additional care and perform thorough due diligence in making investment decisions for a particular security.
