CINCINNATI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Concerned Kreisler Stockholder, an organization started by Joseph Daly, a member of the Board of Directors of Kreisler Manufacturing Corp. (OTC Pink:KRSL) and a 19% shareholder, today issued the following letter to members of the company’s Board of Directors.
Dear Fellow Directors,

I have given much thought to recent board discussions regarding matters important to all company stakeholders. I suggest a compensation committee, made up of independent directors, be reformed and convened as soon as possible. I reiterate my concern that shareholders need to be informed of any matters encompassed in the proxy statement to ensure that it is complete and correct. Also, any matter potentially having a material impact on the company's current cash position should be completely and correctly disclosed.
