LOS ANGELES, Jan. 9, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- FrogAds, Inc. (OTCBB: FROG) announced today that it has succeeded in combining the traditional online auction business model with its leading online advertising platform. FrogAds.com is the first online destination to combine today's most actively used online arenas, positioning it as a game-changer within the online marketing industry.

Julian Spitari, Chief Executive Officer of FrogAds.com, said, "We have long relied upon the mainstream online players, such as craigslist and eBay, to achieve our primary advertising and buying/selling goals.  Our technology team continuously works to enhance FrogAds.com so that it offers the most online features, while remaining free to move beyond what is currently being offered by our competitors.  By incorporating an auction marketplace on FrogAds.com, not only are we enhancing our online user experience, we are changing the entire online market by building one online destination for all advertising and consumer activity."

The Company's auction marketplace can be utilized for free within any section of the website.  Sellers are given complete autonomy to post an item using any of FrogAd's features, including embedded video and posting to multiple cities at one time.  Buyers are notified instantly when a bid is received, countered or accepted.  No charge from FrogAds.com is applied to any user of the auction market at any point of the transaction.

The Pump Begins.

Take That, Craigslist! FROG Puts 14% In Traders' Pockets!

Good Evening!

We knew Frogads, Inc. (FROG) looked technically interesting despite its relatively big size, but today showed this emerging dot-com giant can still hop pretty high with the right set-up.

FROG has opened the year bouncing at the open, falling back -- sometimes as low as the 50-day trend -- and then coming back strong for the close.

That's a pattern tailor-made for day traders!

Today, for example, FROG surged to $0.40 at the open, dipped back to $0.36 and is now up 11% on the day.

Traders who got in at the bell could have captured an entire 14%, while those who recognized the bottom as a buying opportunity are crowing about an 8% run.

Why are they so happy? Remember, FROG is no sub-penny wonder.

At these lofty $0.30 to $0.40 levels, it takes a lot of momentum to deliver a double-digit payday.

That's the kind of momentum that often needs a day or two to play out.

Don't take your eyes off FROG just yet.  Looking at the chart on this one, we think there's more opportunity ahead!

Meanwhile, we'll see you early next week...if not before then.

Sincerely,

Brittany Webster
