Comments & Business Outlook

NEWPORT BEACH, CA--(Marketwire - Mar 20, 2012) - AirTouch Communications, Inc. (OTCQB: ATCH) (PINKSHEETS: ATCH), which designs and markets wireless telecommunications devices, is increasing production of its patent-pending SmartLinX™ family of home/office convergence communications devices. The first units are to be shipped during the first half of the year to the largest landline operator in Latin America, Telmex, and landline operators in the U.S.

The SmartLinX™ family of devices connects a smartphone to a landline, combining the clarity experienced on a landline with the features of a smartphone. SmartLinX™ will allow the user to benefit from receiving landline and cellular calls on the same device and using fewer mobile minutes at home or in the office. This product is compatible with all major smartphone devices and does not require an internet connection. The AirTouch SmartLinX™ series currently is patent pending, with multiple patent applications before the U.S. Patent Office.

Mr. Hide Kanakubo, CEO of AirTouch, stated, "Our SmartLinX™ family of products offer a unique value by solving problems smartphone users face every day in a highly convenient, economical package which is easily upgradable. In addition to the interest we have received from major telecommunications carriers such as Telmex, we are also in discussions with China Unicom and China Telecom, who have a combined 300 million landline customers. U.S. landline carriers have also been showing a great amount of interest in our products. Interestingly, these major telecom operators are engaging in deep discussions with us on a sales and marketing strategy. We look forward to working collaboratively with each operator and bringing to market this unique device."

Mr. Tom Quan, AirTouch EVP Sales and Marketing, continued, "With this new SmartLinX device, AirTouch offers a cutting-edge product that improves voice quality in the home or office and offers the convenience of a feature-rich smart phone interface for calls and access to your address book. With SmartLinX™ users will no longer need to switch from smartphone to landline handsets at home, all the while saving on their mobile minutes."

The SmartLinX™ series was introduced to conventional carriers, wireless carriers, agents, distributors, retailers and B2B system integrators at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas in January 2012. AirTouch will be showing the SmartLinX™ "keep the cord" line and its HomeConneX® "cut the cord" line of products with Android OS-based smart handsets at the Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association show in New Orleans, LA this Spring.

Joint Venture

NEWPORT BEACH, CA--(Marketwire - Oct 18, 2011) - AirTouch Communications (OTCBB: ATCH) (www.airtouchinc.com) announced today the registration of AirTouch Communications (Shenzhen), Inc. (aka AirTouch China), a joint venture with one of the largest Chinese distributors of Epson products in China, to help provide wireless products to the millions of Chinese who are unlikely to be reached by landlines due to the country's vast size and terrain. The establishment of AirTouch China will enable the company to obtain purchase orders from Chinese carriers including China Mobile, China Telecom and China Unicom.

"The joint venture is a win-win proposition for AirTouch and the millions of rural Chinese with no or limited access to voice, Internet, IPTV for entertainment, and other advanced communications service," said AirTouch CEO Hide Kanakubo. The joint venture will enable AirTouch to provide to Chinese consumers with its hardware, such as the HomeConneX X2000, which operates at up to 10 times the signal strength of a cell phone for voice and text messaging while exposing the user to far less radiation from the handset. The X2000 also can access the Internet and entertainment services.
