In the GeoTeam's article, "Capitalizing on China's Stimulus Plan - Part I", we highlighted five small and microcap companies (RINO International Corp (NASDAQ:RINO), Sutor Technology Group (NASDAQ:SUTR), China Runji Cement International (OTCBB:CRJI), China Shaungji Cement (OTCBB:CSGJ), General Steel Holdings Inc.
