Lotus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is a growing developer and producer of prescription drugs and a licensed national seller of pharmaceutical items in the People's Republic of China. Lotus operates Liang Fang Pharmaceutical, Ltd. and En Ze Jia Shi Pharmaceutical, Ltd. Lotus's current drug development pipeline is focused on the treatment of cerebro-cardiovascular disease, asthma, and diabetes. More than 8,000 products are sold by Liang Fang directly and indirectly through its national sales channels to hospitals, clinics and drugs stores in 30 provinces.

Lotus Pharmaceuticals develops and manufactures branded drugs and distributes its own drugs and pharmaceutical products produced by other manufacturers throughout the People’s Republic of China. The Company also owns and operates pharmacies in Beijing.

Manufactures four proprietary branded drugs with a strong pipeline of new drugs being developed
50,000 square feet Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) certified research and development and manufacturing facility in Beijing
Over 200 employees including registered pharmacists
Indirectly distributes its own drugs and drugs produced by other manufacturers
Directly distributes a total of over 5,000 western drugs, Traditional Chinese Medicines (TCMs) and medical equipment items
Owns and operates 10 pharmacies in Beijing
