Cninsure Inc. is a leading independent insurance agency and brokerage company operating in China. CNinsure's distribution network reaches some of China's most economically developed regions and affluent cities. The Company distributes insurance products underwritten by domestic and foreign insurance companies operating in China, and provides certain insurance-related services, such as around-the-clock emergency services in select cities, damage assessment and assistance with claim settlement, to its customers who are individuals and institutions that purchase insurance products through the Company.
