China Environmental Protection Inc. is a prominent China-based water treatment equipment supplier and project contractor. Holding six national patents and through sixteen years of development, the company has a relatively strong market share in waste water treatment sector in China and are ranked among top six of Yixing City’s best environmental protection enterprises based on Yixing Municipal Government’s ranking of 2009 outstanding environment protection enterprises (Yizhengfa Document No.[2010]18). Yixing is the country’s production base for environment protection equipment. We are headquartered in Yixing, Jiangsu.

Major customers include customers conducting business in petroleum and chemical industry, electricity industry, as well as many municipal waste water treatment plants. The company's products address the key steps in the water treatment process, such as filtration, water softening, water-sediment separation, aeration, disinfection and reverse osmosis. The major products include ZFP-1380 Rotating Disc Aeration equipment, ZYXG Series of Sludge Suction Scraper, ZYSR Series of Surface Scraper and other water treatment environmental protection equipment.

Tiger: CNVP was always pretty illiquid. Now with a revers split it is even worse. The last trade i show is below the bid of $7.39. I love the sector but have had many failed attempts at contacting the company. I believe efforts to hire a CFO reached a stalemate. I wouldn't rule out a raise in the near future. 12-Feb-2010 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement, Completion of Merger T O D d/b/a China Env. Protection Inc. (OTC BB:TODT) It has been approximately a month since this took place, February being a short month. It would be nice to see the changes actually occur on the OTC BB. Perhaps at that time an couple more astute analysts can further decipher the company, and market trends. I had never waded through one of these, so I am waiting for more information, before I would invest. Does anybody have any idea when the merger/change will be updated on the OTC BB?
