P.R. regarding 3th Q results: EPS of $0.25 which brings EPS for the first 9 months to $0.58 (based on my calculations (error in EPS-calculation in Q2) we are at $0.68, this means make good for entire 2010 is already reached after 9 months))!!

This is certainly good news. The impact of this deal to earnings and/or sales is not revealed however. Hopefully NUIN management will reveal this when they present their earnings report.

Great results for Nutrastar!

Net income of $3.6 mio. Given 14,34 mio shares brings us to an EPS of $ 0.24.

Unfortunately company miscalculated the EPS to be $ 0.12.

Management also guides 30% production expansion. 

Given the cash of $ 2.25 per share, this is really a bargain.

Cash adjusted PE is less than 1!

 Time to add to your positions, before there is a rectification of the P.R.

Maj, everyone,

I had the pleasure of speaking with the new CFO for NUIN,  Robert Tick last week on Friday. He is experienced, and from our conversation I got the strong impression that he is committed to enhancing shareholder value and is well aware of retail concerns re: dilution.  

Have to say that I've been investing in Chinese small caps since 1999 and frequently talk to management- particularly CFOs. I was as impressed by Robert as I've been with any CFO to be honest. This is a strong addition to the management team.
