Usunco Automotive is a wholly own subsidiary of Equicap, Inc. and is a maker and distributor of off-road equipment components and automotive parts for the customers both in China, North America and other regions. Usunco owns IBC Automotive Products, Inc., the North American operation of Usunco, and the major equity interest of Zhejiang ZhongChai Machinery Co., Ltd., which serves as the Chinese operation of Usunco business.
