Truewest Corporation does not have significant operations. It intends to seek a suitable reverse acquisition candidate through acquisition, merger, and other suitable business combinations. Previously, the company focused on developing a noninvasive glucose sensor, which was proposed to use electromagnetic technology to measure the concentration of glucose in human tissue without requiring the users to take a blood sample. The company was founded in 1989. It was formerly known as Diasense, Inc. and changed its name to Truewest Corporation in March 2008. The company is based in Midland, Texas.
