My guess is they are going to use this loan to finance an acquisition of themselves again, just like buying Kim Fai aka Anysolar aka Anytone. Who accepts a loan backed with their own equity? Then they could dilute with the shelf offering and steal more money. I wonder what name they are going to come up with this time. I tried to do a quick search for shenzhen battery companies that have websites newly registered in the last few months, but I got bored quickly and stopped.
While usually the yahoo boards are 100% garbage this one thread by atenderpraise is quite interesting, I couldn't help but laugh at NEWN.
