  • The company has changed its address from a Nevada to No. 8 Mingshui Road Changchun, Jilin Province, China.
  • Effective May 7, 2010, Ms. Lalor, the Company’s sole officer and director, entered into an agreement for the sale and purchase of securities of the Company with Mr. David Lu.
