On September 30, 2003, through the issuance of 27,900,000 shares of common stoc, Tabatha III acquired Worldwide USA.

The Company changed its name to Worldwide Manufacturing USA, Inc. on November 4, 2003 and agian on February 4, 2008 to Worldwide Energy and Manufacturing USA, Inc. to better reflect its business plan to engage in the solar module market.
