We are mainly engaged in coal production in the province of Fujian in the People’s Republic of China. Through our wholly owned subsidiary, Yongding Shangzhai Coal Mine Co., Ltd., we manage and operate the Shangzhai coal mine, which is located at Yongding County, Fujian Province, People’s Republic of China. The Shangzhai coal mine currently sells unprocessed coal.
