HARBIN, China, January 20, 2012 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- Rodobo International, Inc. ("Rodobo", or the "Company") (OTC Bulletin Board: RDBOE.OB), a fast growing producer and distributor of high-quality formula milk powder for infants, children, the middle aged and the elderly, today announced that the Company had failed to file its annual report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2011 within the required time frame. The company is working diligently to complete the preparation of the annual report and completion of audit of its financial statements and expects to file the 10-K by February 15, 2012.
