We are a blank check company formed to acquire through a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase or similar business combination, or control through contractual arrangements, one or more operating businesses. Although our Amended and Restated Memorandum and Articles of Association do not limit us to a particular geographic region, we intend to focus on operating businesses with primary operations in the Greater China region, which includes Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.
