It offers OTC Dealer, a software-as-a-service application, which enables broker-dealers to view and submit quotes for OTC securities and communicate on OTC Link; OTCQuote.com, which helps in viewing real-time OTC market quote and trade data; OTC FIX, which enables the combination of quote contribution, messaging, and routing services through OTC Link, as well as the routing of execution reports to internal or OMS execution systems; TRF Drop Copies for the direct reporting of OTC Link enabled executions to FINRA’s OTC trade reporting facility; and OTC Feed, a real-time market data feed that delivers its Real-Time, NBBO, Level 2 Quotations, and OTC Link trade data to broker-dealers, market data redistributors, and other third-party vendors. The company also offers FINOP Report, a monthly report with security and market maker details to facilitate and streamline the preparation of monthly FOCUS reports; OTC Library Research, which provides coverage of securities listed for trading on the NYSE, NYSE Amex Equities, and NASDAQ, as well as OTC securities; and OTC Quote History, which contains daily history of inside and broker-dealer quotations for OTCQX, OTCQB, FINRA OTC Bulletin Board, and OTC Pink securities quoted on OTC Link. In addition, it provides its subscribers with access to the OTC market data and security information. Further, OTC Markets offers products and services to OTC issuers that promote transparency in the OTC marketplace, facilitate public disclosure, and enable issuers to demonstrate compliance with federal securities laws. Additionally, it operates Websites that provide information to OTC market participants. The company was formerly known as Pink OTC Markets Inc. and changed its name to OTC Markets Group Inc on January 18, 2011.
