New Asia Gold Corporation is a gold mining company with gold properties owned through a subsidiary with gold tenements/leases in Indonesia. Development of the properties is through the contracting of companies as needed. We are in the process of defining and producing gold reserves on our properties. The company works with contractors to extract the gold and sell it on the commodities markets. Gold is regularly exchanged in various worldwide market places. We are currently conducting operations. As an owner of rights to gold reserves we find ourselves in a similar position as those who own similar properties.
