Graphite Corp., formerly First Resources Corp., is an exploration-stage company. The Company is focused on exploration of mineral claims. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had not discovered a mineral deposit on the claims. The Company is involved in the examination and investigation of land. As of December 31, 2011, it had not commenced principal operations. The Company has staked four claims, the MDZ Lode Claims, situated in Mohave County, Arizona. The MDZ Lode Claims are staked in the San Francisco (Oatman) Mining District in Mohave County, Arizona. Collectively, the Claims consist of a total of 80 acres of land. The claims are located approximately 10 miles east of Bullhead City, Arizona and 70 miles southeast of Las Vegas, Nevada. The Town of Oatman, Arizona is located 8 miles southeast of the property. On October 22, 2011, the Company entered into that certain property option agreement with MinQuest, Inc.
