China Titanium & Chemical Corp. (the “Company”) (OTCBB:CTPJA) today announced that management has closed its acquisition of Far Vista Holdings Inc.

Far Vista is in the business of developing video games. An initial developer of PC games, they now have moved into the more unique and appealing online version that is quickly becoming the most popular game format. This innovation and uniqueness positions Far Vista to capitalize and reap the benefits of future explosive and staggering market growth from playing online. Given the direction of the industry and gaming in general, combined with the principles’ inherent love of gaming, has led Far Vista to develop what is considered to be, “an enjoyable, creative, leading–edge and addictive, multi-player arena first person shooter combat game for adults” called “Run The Gauntlet”™. “Run The Gauntlet”™ is the first pay to play online computer game tournament running continually. Players of all skill levels can enjoy the opportunity to compete on a worldwide stage where “Everything else is just a game”

With the importance of Asia, and, particularly China, the first test center outside of Canada will be located in Shanghai, China. The process will be handled and overseen by Cansino, a local marketing company with contacts throughout China, Europe and North America. Shanda, the third largest game company in China, will continue to be the test center for the beta form of the game. In this form we will test the integration of the Gauntlet payment system with Shanda’s user account system.
