First Pacific Company Limited is a Hong Kong-based investment and management company with operations located in Asia. Its principal business interests relate to telecommunications, consumer food products, and infrastructure and property. As of December 31, 2006, the Company’s principal investments included Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company, PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk, Metro Pacific Investments Corporation and Level Up! International Holdings Pte Ltd.

In February 2007, the Group completed the acquisition of an additional approximately 46% interest in Philippine Telecommunications Investment Corporation from the Philippine Government. On March 9, 2007, PT Salim Ivomas Pratama, a 64.2% owned subsidiary company of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk (Indofood), completed the acquisition of a 60% interest in several plantation companies owning approximately 85,500 hectares of plantation land. In October 2007, the Company acquired Pt Perusahaan Perkebunan London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk.
