The corporate structure of the Company is illustrated as follows:

Our principal operating subsidiary is Empowered Products Nevada, Inc., though which we sell topical gels, lotions and oils. We sell our products throughout Asia and Australia and New Zealand through Empowered Products Asia Limited and Polarin Pty Ltd., our other operating subsidiaries. Empowered Products Limited is primarily a holding company with no operations.
