The Company is focused on the early stages of acquiring diamonds, gems and precious stones from a range of locations throughout the African continent through its subsidiaries Dove Dove Diamonds and Mining, Inc. and Millennium Mining LLC (Millennium). The Company�s mineral properties include Paula Property, British Columbia, Canada and Bo District, Sierra Leone. It has 100% undivided right, title and interest in and to the Paula Property located in the province of British Columbia, Canada. It has 75% of interest in Millennium. Millennium�s core operations are to mine, extract, refine, and purify precious metals and stones. It buys, sells, distributes and exports diamond bauxite, rutile gold, silver and other precious minerals in Sierra Leone and internationally.
