China Linen Textile Industry announced that it appointed Ms. Jodie Zheng Wehner as the Company's new Chief Financial Officer effective September 1, 2010, replacing Mr. James Qi, whose employment as chief financial officer of the Company was terminated by the mutual agreement of the Company and Mr. Qi effective September 1, 2010.
