Centaurus Diamond Technologies (OTC:CTDT)

Centaurus Diamond Technologies, Inc., formerly Sweetwater Resources, Inc., incorporated on July 24, 2007, is a pre-exploration stage. The Company is engaged in acquiring, exploring and developing mineral properties. The Company owns no other mineral property other than the Bhavnagar and are not engaged in the exploration of any other mineral properties. As of March 31, 2010, the Company did not generate any revenues. In June 2012, the Company acquired Innovative Sales.

Bhavnagar claim consists of one mineral claim, located 42 kilometers East of Surat, and 79 kilometers Northwest of Amreli. A 100% of the Bhavnagar claim was assigned to the Company by Bhindi Mines LLC. and the assignment was filed with the Mineral Resources Department of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Government of the Republic of India.
