China Ginseng Holdings, Inc. and Subsidiaries was incorporated under the laws of Nevada on June 24, 2004. The Company acquired 55% of Yanbian Huaxing Ginseng Industry Co. Limited, which is located in China and, is in the business of farming, processing, distribution, and marketing of Asian Ginseng. In 2010, the Company increased marketing Ginseng and is presently utilizing the harvest to produce a Ginseng beverage. On November 24, 2005, the Company acquired the remaining 45% interest in Yanbian Huaxing.
