Reverse Merger Activity

CHNL was formed via a share exchange agreement on January 20, 2008. They merged into a public shell with symbol CVLG, which no longer exists.

The GeoTeam is still attempting to locate accurate financial information on CHNL. Thus far the only financial information available is on the shell company they merged into.
