First Quarter 2012 Results

• For the three months ending March 31, 2012, the company generated revenues of approximately $3,669,000 as compared with $729,000 in the same period one year ago or an increase of 403%.
• The Company was able to generate net income of approximately $2,157, 000 or $.04 per share as compared to a net loss of approximately ($435,000) in the same period one year ago.
