China Natural Resources (NASDAQ:CHNR)

China Natural Resources Inc. (CNRI) was primarily engaged in identifying, acquiring and operating business opportunities and disposing of acquired businesses, when required. The Company has been engaged in advertising, promotion and public relations services through the acquisition of iSense Limited (iSense). The Company ceased its advertising business upon the disposal of iSense on July 31, 2006. On February 3, 2006, the Company consummated the acquisition of all of the issued and outstanding capital sock of Feishang Mining Holdings Limited (FMH). Since the date the Acquisition was completed the Company's sole operations have consisted of the mining of zinc, iron and other minerals for distribution in the People's Republic of China, through the acquisition of FMH.
