Crown Dynamics Corp., a development stage company, intends to engage in the manufacture, marketing, and sale of specially-designed and patented toothbrushes. It owns the rights, title, and interest in and to a specially-designed and patented toothbrush having a handle and a brush head (the brush head comprising two side, and one central bristle tuft bundles, each mounted to a respective separate base) intended to attain a non-longitudinal movement by normal longitudinal movement across the teeth. The company was founded in June 2010 and is based in Jerusalem, Israel.
