'We are expecting to report net income of about $2.02 million for the second quarter of fiscal year 2009 and net income of about $3.01 million for the first half of fiscal year 2009. We will provide more details regarding the quarter and our outlook for the rest of the year in our quarterly report which will be filed shortly.'
