Lingas Resources Inc. (OTCQB: LGSR)  was incorporated in the state of Nevada on September 14, 2010. The Company was a development stage company, a mineral exploration company with the purpose of acquiring and developing mineral properties.

The company announced that on May 14, 2014 that the company would be known as "Cannabis Kinetics Corp", with the new symbol "CANK".

Later:

"On June 6, 2014, Cannabis Kinetics Corp. (CANK), REM International, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (“REM”), and Robert E. Matuszewki, the owner of all of the issued and outstanding equity interests in REM,  entered into an asset purchase agreement  pursuant to which the Company agreed to purchase substantially all of the assets of REM in consideration for $118,500 in cash and 1,500,000 shares of the Company’s common stock, par value $0.001, subject to the terms and conditions of the Purchase Agreement."

REM specializes in custom beverage solutions, owning several trademarks such as REMBEV and JimmyDrink.
