China Green Material (OTC BB:CAGM)

China Green Material Tehcnologies Inc. is a holding company with a subsidiary engaged in developing, manufacturing and marketing biodegradable materials. To date, they have been involved with government procurement, supermarkets, green hotels, airlines, and the railway system with the potential to expand into other areas of the industrial market.

The company intends to increase its financing capacity for a new Harbin factory complete with equipment, with funds raised from the first financing. In addition, the company has a project in negotiation in Weihai, Shandong Province. When the project is completed, the new production base will be able to produce at least 300,000 tons of environment-friendly products.
