Effective November 16, 2010, Mr. Jonathan Chou resigned as Chief Financial Officer of Feihe International, Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Chou’s resignation was not related to any disagreement or dispute with the Company. A copy of the resignation letter from Mr. Chou dated November 16, 2010 is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
